Designed for indoor and outdoor applications where flood, gas, or odor resistance is required.
- Material:
Type 316 stainless steel hinges and hardware
- Door:
1/4″ aluminum diamond plate reinforced for a live load of 1560 lbs/square foot. Capable of holding up to 25 feet of water height (downward pressure only).
- Frame:
3/8″ aluminum with 3/16″ x 1 1/2″ strap anchors welded around the frame to attach to concrete.
- Hinge:
Type 316 stainless steel flat hinges with anti-vandal stainless steel bolts and nuts
- Packaging:
9/16 “O.D. x 1/8” I.D. EPDM Gasket
- Opening device:
Automatic arm open and held with red vinyl handle to open at 90 degrees, locking the door in the open position and allowing easy control when closing the door panel. Optional Lift Assist available Available with electric actuators, operated by a wall-mounted push-button switch and remote control.
- Standard Deadbolt:
Type 316 stainless steel watertight cam locks and watertight handle at level.

Product Features
The diamond plate door panel is reinforced for a live load of 1560 lbs/square foot. Capable of withstanding up to 25 feet of water column (downward pressure only).
Angled frame construction with anchors welded around the frame for concrete pouring.
The door panel overlaps the frame, compressing the gasket providing a continuous seal.
The EPDM gasket and cam locks are designed so that the door does not leak due to standing water and to reduce the amount of gases and odors that can escape from below.
