Acudor FT-8040 : Designed for indoor and outdoor applications that require an access opening that integrates with the surrounding flooring material.
- Material:
Aluminum door and top frame
- Door:
Reinforced 1/4 “smooth aluminum plate for 150 lb/ft. live load2 Extruded edge is welded to the door panel, providing a 1/8” recessed recess
- Frame:
Angled frame made of extruded aluminum with 1″ integral anchor flange on three sides and welded anchor straps on hinge side
- Hinge:
The extruded aluminum hinges are welded to the inside of the door panel and pivot on stainless steel pins. Open and held arm with red vinyl handle allow for automatic opening
- Opening Device:
The door panel opens at 90 degrees, locking the door in the open position, and allowing easy control when closing the door panel. Stainless steel torsion bars provide assistance when lifting. Available with electric actuators, operated by a wall-mounted push-button switch and remote control
- Standard Deadbolt:
Stainless steel impact lock with fixed handle on the inside, removable handle on the outside, and removable screw cap
- Finishing:
Bituminous coated laminate finish applied to the outside of the frame
